Welcome to The Refurbished Academy!
The game has finally been re-released to the public with a brand new version: V2! Version 2 of the game introduces new content, adjustments, oversight fixes, and more! I really hope you enjoy this new version, because I worked hard on it over the past few weeks. Patch 1 of V2 finally fixed Rie-chan's minigame so that it functions correctly. Thanks to DreamcastNick for helping me fix this issue. The fix could not have been made without him.
Warning: This game is NOT what it seems
Baldi's Rearranged Schoolhouse can be challenging due to its layout and large variety of characters. If you're new to the series or still gaining experience, I recommend starting without all characters enabled until you're more comfortable with the gameplay. This is not a game where you can easily win after just a few tries; it truly requires some trial and error. Remember, it's perfectly normal to lose multiple times. Try not to get frustrated!

Despite the seemingly educational content that this game has to offer, THIS GAME IS NOT AN EDUCATIONAL GAME. mystman12 has officially stated that Baldi's Basics is not educational software, and that he asserts that any other fan-game that is inspired by his series is not educational either, regardless of the type of content other fan-games revolve around. I previously referred to this fan-game as "edutainment software," but after further consideration regarding its miscategorization, the genre of the game has changed to prevent legal issues.
I acknowledge that MrDrNose (a.k.a. the creator of Phonty) has been involved in serious controversies regarding his questionable behavior. Despite this, Phonty and some other assets created by him will remain in the series. I want you guys to understand that I do not support MrDrNose for his actions, and the inclusion of Phonty and other characters does not imply my endorsement of him.
The same applies to the creator of T.L. (HE SHALL NOT BE NAMED). I want to emphasize that the inclusion of T.L. in my game does not indicate my support for that user. Since he has been banned from nearly every online platform and is no longer active on the internet, I have claimed new ownership of TL. As a result, the original creator will not be credited due to their unacceptable actions.

Install instructions
Simply download the zip file associated with the version you want to play, and open it up. Then, when you are greeted with the confirmation screen, enter one of the following numerical keys depending on what version you are playing:

After you have entered the correct key, the game should start as expected. Have fun!

I am done working on the classic series. I don't think I can do this anymore. There are currently better things for me to do with my time, and I am going to become a 12th grader in only a few months, which means dealing with future educational opportunities. The BB 1 1/2 Ideas & Suggestions page has been permanently closed, as the classic series is no longer in development. Thank you for all of your guys' support you have given me throughout all of these years. It is time for me to move on to better things.

The only reason I first made that confirmation screen is because of you; you would not stop plagiarizing.
Pop'n Oyester. It's a concept for a new character Mr. App. He'll be wanderning around the school. If Baldi notices him, he will chase Mr. App, not the player, until he loses sight of him. When Baldi catches him, he will stop and eat him. Baldi can eat it at least 4 times. When he's eaten, all that's left of Mr. App is hat. How do you like my concept?

I am gradually updating pages there, however, I do not have the time to update every single aspect of the wiki, including articles and templating. I have asked others to contribute to the wiki, and they are doing so, albeit gradually.
Considering you're very active in the community, I believe you would be a good contributor to the wiki. It has a similar editor to Fandom with a few differences. Because of this, you have been given official permission to extract assets from the game's files. You may use AssetBundleExtractor or AssetRipper to do the job.

Hello! Thank you for making a gameplay video of my game! I appreciate that you did that. I understand the game may be hard, and that you didn't know some game mechanics, but hey, it's impossible to win without loosing at least once, because that's how you gain experience. If you find the game hard, please get used to the map first by playing in explorer mode. I don’t advise jumping into harder difficulties until you feel comfortable with the mechanics.

Darkphage was removed because David's mechanics slightly changed. He was seen as a character with a poorly made design and function.
Also, David's design changed to prevent copyright issues.
